2024: Countryside education and popular education: dialogues and research
The Journal of Popular Education (ISSN: 1982-7660), a quarterly publication of the Pro-Rectorate of Extension and Culture (PROEXC) of the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), in partnership with the Research Group on Cultures, Partnerships, and Rural Education (CNPq) and the Center for Studies and Research in Rural Education, Urban Education, and Social Education (Nepeces) of the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES), represented by Rainei Rodrigues Jadejiski, Josiléia Curty de Oliveira, and Erineu Foerste, launches a Special Edition that features works on the following themes: rural youth, territorialities, interculturality, pedagogical practices, teacher training, curriculum, culture, public policies, and environmental education, intertwined with Countryside Education.
We hope that the reading of this Edition is fruitful and provides new perspectives related to Popular Education and Countryside Education.
