Qualidade da Base Cartográfica para o Cadastro Técnico Multifinalitário
Main Article Content
Abstract
In this work firstly is analyzed the quality of cartographic base planimetric, that was made by air surveying and produced it in 1: 5000 scale, with ground points getting by topographic maps of IBGE, in scale 1:50000. This cartographic base was used like an input on digital images processing software (ERDAS v. 7.5), aiming the best geometric quality, through georeferencing and adjustment made by the software. These processes were explored, using ground points surveying on study area Cocal do Sul town, with the equipment GPS Global Positioning System. By the developing of this research, there was a necessity to make another cartographic product much more trustful on this area, following the cartographic rules for to use in compare with two others cartographic bases (initial base and resample base by software). This work too make a question about the methodology that was used to produce cartographic product without anyone inquiring to respect it geometric quality and it application on Multipurpose Technical Cadastre, confronting it with the methodology that was used to make a new cartographic base through air photogrametric process using ground point getting by GPS. At their geometric reliability and, studied their methodologic application for improve others cartographic bases to CTMR, through using software digital image processing, ERDAS.
