Methodologically, it is a qualitative approach research, having as a strategy for the constitution of empirical data, the survey of production of residents. From the analysis of these productions, it was possible to see that the involvement of these residents in the Program's actions, showing rich experiences for greater immersion in the classroom, by observing how the learning process takes place, by the exchange and sharing of knowledge in which theory and practice they were intertwined, in times of regency and in the production of teaching materials, in the organization and development of lesson plans.
