The utterances are a continuum in the incessant flow of verbal interaction; and enunciation, as a social, dialogical and interactive experience, becomes the center of interlocution. The purpose of this article is to analyze, dialogically, verbal-visual cartoons that represent teaching in the context of the pandemic. We analyzed three cartoons published on the Internet between the years 2020 and 2021, selected by access and convenience with the theme. According to the enunciative-discursive and dialogic theory of Mikhail Bakhtin and his Circle, the word used is praxis of information and communication, as well as a social practice of appreciation and valuation. The dialogic analysis method considers the utterances from the enunciation situation, in this case, the pandemic and the establishment of remote teaching, The analysis shows that the cartoon produces meanings that indicate the critical point of view of the enunciator, considering students and teachers to whom the pandemic excluded or overloaded, respectively, through dialogical and evaluative relationships in verbal-visual language.
