This paper analyses three multimodal productions following the theoretical assumptions of the Blending and Conceptual Metaphor. First, we aim to demonstrate the metaphoric creativity presented throughout the academic life of the students and the events occurred in Rio de Janeiro city. After that, we describe the merge processes of the text-image interaction in the conceptualisation of the meanings that have been extracted from virtual page Uerj depression (UDD), considering the use of contexts and historical and cutural knowledge shared by language users. In order to avoid a subjective and unique analysis, the following criteria are adopted: (a) contact with responsible person for the publication of informative and humorous content of Uerj Depression (UDD); (b) the three multimodal productions were presented to another university undergraduates and we asked them to do an interpretation written to the images shown. The results reveal that a metaphorical creativity is in use of everyday language. We conclude that, in each post, are activated several frames in our mind, acting as facilitators of understanding.Downloads
