The Federal Constitution 30 years later: advances, interruptions and challenges for educational policies

From a dialogue with a participant of the National Forum in Defense of the Public School and parliamentarians from the educational field, this interview aims to develop analyzes and reflections on the 30 years of the Federal Constitution of 1988. Analytical balance sheets will be carried out and configurations regarding social rights in the three decades after the promulgation of the Constitution with the horizon to highlight the achievements, to foment criticisms of retreats and intermittency and to strengthen our intentions by the unceasing struggle for the guarantees of social rights and a free public education, democratic, secular and of socially referenced quality.
