Interação professor-aluno na pré-escola e a influência da variavel sexo da criança

[...] O estudo do processo de socialização da criança tem se mostrado de grande interesse para os pesquisadores que desejam compreender o desenvolvimento do indivíduo, uma vez que nele estará embasado todo o relacionamento social do adulto. As definições do que é ser socializado são muitas, algumas mais gerais, corno a de Gardner, que diz ser a "forma através da qual a criança passa a usar os recursos sob seu comando para se relacionar efetivamente com o mundo de pessoas ou coisas", ou mais específicas, como a de Herbert, de que seria um processo complexo e longo de aprendizagem pelo qual uma criança, de início voluntariosa e centrada em si. Sabe-se que a socialização começa muito cedo na vida do indivíduo; segundo Rheingold, a criança já nasce como um organismo social, comportando-se de modo a ser responsiva, a prolongar e iniciar interação social. Portanto, a criança já vem com uma bagagem que possibilita só que adquira as normas e padrões do grupo, mas também que afete o comportamento dos adultos ao seu redor, gerando um processo bidirecional, em que cada elemento da interação provê estímulos e consequências para a do outro.
