The Relevance of Organizational Culture and Leadership: Analysis of the Perception of Members of the Senior Management of the Federal Institute of Piauí at the Floriano-PI campus

The main objective of this research is to analyze the perception of managers about organizational culture and leadership in the context of the Federal Institute of Piauí at the Floriano-PI campus. To this end, a descriptive study was carried out using a qualitative research approach. Three directors took part in this research through semi-structured interviews using questionnaires. The results of this research showed that the directors are aware of the elements of the organizational culture of the institute and understand that exercising leadership influences people's work. Therefore, the habits and values of organizational culture and the leadership of people are fundamental for federal institutes to achieve excellent result.
