Abstract
Em quase todos os sistemas geodésicos tem sido empregado, face à carência de informações geoidais, o método de desenvolvimento é enfatizada a necessidade de abandonar tal procedimento, incompatível com a precisão das operações geodésicas modernas. É apresentada uma carta geoidal para o Sistema Geodésico Brasileiro (elipsoide de Hayford; ζ=η=N=0 em Córrego Alegre) obtida por transformação do geoide de Fischer relativo ao Sistema Sul-Americano.
