Abstract

Witches have been an everlasting topic of interest. For this issue of Letras & Letras, we received dozens of manuscripts. We were surprised by the number of researchers who are interested in the figures of Liliths, fairies and witches. It is a subject that arouses enthusiasm and controversy. The reader will certainly be seduced by the interesting reflections surrounding these unusual characters. In total, 27 articles (divided into this vol.40 and the previous vol. 39) originally combine literature, other arts, history, psychoanalysis, cultural studies, gender studies and literary theory. May the reader enjoy this magical flight with the witches!
