This work aims to understand the process of accumulation by spoliation, caused by the territorialization of agroforestry capital in the municipalities of Açailândia and São Francisco do Brejão, state of Maranhão, Brazil. It is structured in two stages: the first covers the theoretical framework and the systematization of secondary data, with data from agencies such as the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) and the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA), while the second stage involves the systematization of primary data, obtained through field studies in eucalyptus producing farms and in the communities near these farms, resulting in photographic records as well as cartographic production. The results suggest that, in the surveyed municipalities, the territorialization of agroforestry capital has intensified accumulation by plundering, which is observed in changes that impact from the speculation of the value of the land, land concentration and expropriation until the production of the main regional agricultural products and the development of practices that harm agricultural production in localities near eucalyptus areas.
