Preface

Is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Mathematics and Physical Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Beja and research member of the Center of Mathematics and Applications, FCT- New University of Lisbon, Portugal. She holds a PhD in Mathematics by University of Beira Interior, a MSc. in Applied Mathematics by University of Évora, Portugal and a BSc. in Mathematics by University of Évora, Portugal. Her main research interests are in Applied Mathematics/Statistics, mainly Statistical Inference in Linear Models. She has published in these fields and in Mathematical Education in various international journals. She is guest reviewer of international journals. 

Graduated in Mathematics Education from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2001), Master's in Mathematics from the State University of Campinas (2004), and Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of São Paulo (2016). Currently an Adjunct Professor IV at the Federal University of Uberlândia. Has experience in the field of Mathematics, with emphasis on Partial Differential Equations.

Bachelor's and bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Federal University of São Carlos (2003), Master's in Mathematics from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2006), and Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Federal University of São Carlos (2016). She was a substitute professor at the Federal University of Pernambuco for two years, from 2004 to 2006. She has been a professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia since 2006, affiliated with ICENP - Institute of Exact and Natural Sciences of Pontal in the city of Ituitaba/MG. She is interested in Mathematical Analysis, Stochastic Differential Equations, and Conservation Laws. She supervises high school scientific initiation students (2016-2018) and undergraduate students affiliated with PET - Special Tutoring Program (2016-present).

She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Mathematics from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2007 and 2010 respectively) and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2014). She is currently an adjunct professor in the Mathematics Graduation Course at the Pontal Institute of Exact and Natural Sciences at the Federal University of Uberlândia.

She is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia. She has experience in the field of Mathematics, with an emphasis on Algebra/Algebraic Geometry.

Graduated in Mathematics (teaching degree) from the University Center of Rio Preto (1999), holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2003), and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Brasília (2008), in the field of Differential Geometry. Currently an associate professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia.
