Abstract

The Brazilian Electronic Journal of Mathematics (BEJOM) is a vehicle for recording and disseminating
scientific knowledge that aims to disseminate relevant results of research, final or partial, and/or
area/sub-area summaries and/or reviews, carried out within the scope of the areas of education,
statistics, pure and applied mathematics, with the purpose of promoting the dissemination of knowledge
in the areas described above and promoting exchanges with other national or international institutions.

Author Biography

Milena Almeida Leite Brandão, Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU)

She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Mathematics from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2007 and 2010 respectively) and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2014). She is currently an adjunct professor in the Mathematics Graduation Course at the Pontal Institute of Exact and Natural Sciences at the Federal University of Uberlândia.
