Abstract
This article presents and records the ways of experiencing the world and the modes of artistic production of the ViraLatas group. The ViraLatas use the bicycle as the main mediator to produce and experience aesthetic actions, exploring forms along the way within the city and on its edges, during bike rides. The poetic actions produced by this bicycle gang consist of marking places along the route with signs and registering these addresses on a virtual map, called Momento Histórico Tombado. In order to reflect on this production, I propose: the construction of a nomadic and wandering methodology based on the writings of Paola Jacques and the observation of the life of stray dogs; a discussion on the field of experiences in the landscape through the studies of Yu-Fu Tuan and Jorge Bondía; the contextualization of this production in contemporary art, looking at the studies of Nicolas Bourriaud in view of the work of the artist and the productions that are aligned with the form-trajectory and time-specific art.
