Abstract

The right to education is guaranteed in the Federal Constitution (1988) to all citizens, which provides for the guarantee of quality education. Defending education as a fundamental right, although some resist this statement, brings out the importance of continuing the debate on Inclusive Education. Considering this reality and presenting studies that address the different aspects and perspectives to discuss educational inclusion is an important contribution, in order to propose possibilities contrary to the logic of exclusion that marked, and still marks, minority education.
