Abstract
Between Lines is a visual essay composed of ten images and a short artist’s text that contextualizes the investigation. Developed between 2012 and 2013, it received an award at the 15th Internal Exhibition of the Guignard School (2015). The work anticipates issues that would later become central to the artist’s trajectory, such as the investigation of transparency and opacity, developed during her master’s degree, and embodied and perceptual engagement, which currently constitutes the axis of her doctoral research at the Graduate Program of the School of Fine Arts at UFMG.
