Abstract
O n.º 12 da Revista da SBC sai ao término do primeiro ano do mandato da atual Diretoria, eleita para o biênio de julho 1973/75. É, pois, oportuna uma prestação de contas ao Quadro Social espalhado pelo nosso País continental, além do âmbito da XV Assembleia-Geral Ordinária, reunida no auditório do Clube de Engenharia, no dia 26 de julho.
A dinâmica administração do Cel. ARISTIDES BARRETO promoveu a aquisição da sede própria que assegura a perenidade da família-cartográfica congregada na SBC: a Casa dos Profissionais da Carta, e o lançamento desta Revista, que é a Fala aos sócios.
