This article presents the results of an evaluation of the RTQ implementation process in the quilombola community of Aroeira, in Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The data exposed here were designated through empirical research and through a bibliographical and documentary survey, especially with those responsible for the process. This was carried out in the years 2018 to 2020. Among the results we can mention that this policy enables the production of land titles in the sense of adoption by Amartya Sen (2009), a process of agency and occupation of spaces of/by consists of community in the political sense and in the struggle for recognition and access to new rights and public policies.
