Abstract

This article is based on the premise that art is a manifestation of experience that infuses vitality into life. The author, Marco Paulo Rolla, introduces the concept of the "Multidisciplinary Artist" as a way to characterize an artistic approach that surpasses the limitations of conventional disciplines, allowing for the seamless integration of diverse knowledge. By adopting this perspective, Rolla emphasizes the overcoming of conceptual barriers and the expansion of the artistic field beyond disciplinary boundaries. The "Multidisciplinary Artist" is capable of exploring various artistic facets, generating intellectual fertility that enriches their creativity and enables them to create works that transcend academic norms. In this approach, experience and vitality emerge as central elements of artistic expression, fostering a profound dialogue across different fields of knowledge. The result is works that go beyond academic conventions and contribute to redefining the role of the artist in contemporary society. This vision challenges the rigidity of artistic traditions, fostering a conducive space for the exchange of ideas among different areas. The concept of the "Multidisciplinary Artist" resonates with a revaluation of experience and facilitates a reconfiguration of artistic creation in the current context.
