Abstract

The considerations exposed in this work aim to address issues from an interarts artistic practice. From the intertwining of a literary writing and a visual production, activities that started in parallel in my path, although in an interdependent way, I have sought, through theoretical reflections, to surround the lines of miscegenation between word and image. In this perspective, the focus of my research has been to widen the jurisdictions of the verbal and the visual, or to narrow their boundaries, so that one can move through the other's lands, and thus result in homogeneous forms moved by a continuous process of feedback. The deepening of the double experience of looking and reading is, therefore, at the heart of this investigation of hybridism, and here key points are permeated to understand a verbovisual construction that, being particular, also points out for resonances and confluences with the practices and discourses of other contemporary artists; they are: écriture, intertextuality, appropriation, collage, montage and narrative.
