Abstract
Tendo em vista orientar os topógrafos e auxiliares do INCRA na tarefa de levantamento dos imóveis constantes dos planos programados por sua alta direção, a Chefia da DFC, com base nos ensinamentos colhidos em trabalhos até agora realizados sob sua supervisão, recomenda, no interesse de disciplinar as atividades técnicas de campo, o cumprimento do que adiante estabelece:
Equacionar cuidadosamente o problema da amarração das poligonais de contorno com a implantação de uma rede de pontos geodésicos e topográficos de modo a assegurar o apoio nas condições reclamadas. Isto significa dizer que deve ser estabelecida uma rede com a densidade de pontos, que evite, tanto quanto possível, o alongamento demasiado das poligonais, e que reduza ao mínimo o número das que se desenvolvem em torno de um só ponto.
