Abstract

The growth of the interlinked urban net to the development of a new period, characterized by the technique, science and information, in the after -70, it came to disarrange the national urban space starting from new relationships economical, social, politics and space of those centers, appearing before this, new ruled concepts in those elements that assist the dynamics of the local cities.
