Abstract

The concerns of the reflection that constituted the interview came from the challenges interposed in the relationship between popular education and social work, since the first has been relegated from the history of the profession after the reconceptualization movement that marks the approach and, shortly thereafter, a distance between both. In this regard, from the contact with Oscar Jara, we tried to problematize some issues that are central to this debate.
