This text presents a research thought collectively, involving undergraduate research project scholarship holders, undergraduate and graduate students and supervising professors. The study aimed to understand how hybrid education is constituted in the structuring and development when it is related to an extension course on musical instrument and from the perspective of teachers and students. This is a case study whose empirical field is the hybrid guitar initiation course offered to the community outside the university. As a result, we perceive learning from all sides: undergraduate students learn to do research, master's students go to the field and discover new bibliography, extension program students learn guitar and others learn from the analysis and dissemination of data. Finally, the hybrid course proved to be effective, fulfilling its objectives, and can be an alternative to future music courses connected to the Internet.
