Abstract

In the article, we analyze the approval process of Amendment n. 83/2015 to the Organic Law of the Municipality of Uberaba-MG, whose device aimed to prevent the application of diverse and possible themes related to the gender category in municipal schools. We privilege the analysis of different sources linked to the updated bibliography on the subject.
