Abstract

The present dossier, entitled “Developments of Subjectivity Theory in the field of education”, brings together authors from different institutions in Brazil whose works dialogue with the framework of Subjectivity Theory in a cultural-historical approach. This collection of articles is mobilized by a different and special condition: the death of the creator of Subjectivity Theory, Fernando González Rey, during the writing of this dossier, of which he was one of its organizers. González Rey personally participated in the genesis of this dossier, collaborating on his designs, themes, and invitations to the authors of the article — which is why his publication really paid homage to his life and work.
