The Last of the of Developmental Learning Mohicans: in memory of Vladimir Vladimirovich Repkin

Abstract

This text is the author's public account of the impact caused by the death of V.V. Repkin, who passed away at the age of 95. The term "the last of the developmental learning Mohicans" highlights the magnitude of the work of the Ukrainian psychologist, linguist, and educator, comparable only to D.B. Elkonin and V.V. Davidov. The three, through the complementary nature of their work, represented the fundamental pillars of a solid psychological and didactic system of developmental learning.
