The objective of this study is to understand the process of construction / composition of theatrical discourse in an art and culture program developed by an arts center in Curitiba - Paraná - Brazil. The theoretical viewpoint is anchored in the dialogical conception of discourse, with Bakhtin and the Circle as its main referent. The analyzed materialities seek the potential of the theatrical discourse both by working with corporal practices and by writing theatrical texts. From the analysis of experiences with students, we sought to bring together, in the artistic processes of scenic creation, aspects of life and art, understanding them as a discursive movement, full of elements of theatricality and linked to the educational sphere. The results allow us to conclude that the work with the construction / composition of theatrical discourse in educational contexts cannot underestimate the boundaries between life and art, since both are inter-constituted and inter-complementary.
