Abstract

From a theoretical-practical research, in which theater practices are performed with people with and without experience, the article addresses the posture settled between the agents in the scenic practices. The posture indicates a series of "precepts", that is, limits, demands and liberties, conscious or not, put into operation in collaborative processes, signifying and influencing directly the process and its results. For further analysis, we also research the definition for game and its requirements, tracing parallels between the requirements for the game to occur and how the same are performed in the workshops with the mixed group. Finally, director tasks and actions are analysed, addressing the specificities of the function on this collaborative work that does not aim, a priori, at a result.
