This report is an excerpt from the memorial presented to my institution, as a partial requirement for promotion to full professor. In it, I find the second line of research developed in my research group and its developments in the last ten years. I point out the organization of publications and guidelines within the sub-items: Methodology of music teaching in higher education (Complementary undergraduate disciplines, Dialogues with students and experience knowledge, class diaries and autobiographical reports); Extensionist dialogues and looking at the world of life (Christian Religiosity and Instrumentalists - the case of accordionists). At the end of the text, I reflect on the spiral of the research group along with some notes from Passeggi (2008) and Abrahão (2012). I consider being dialoguing with socialization processes and training trajectories. Memories, narratives, subjectivity and experiences in formal and informal educational spaces reported in different researches. I hope to contribute to the debate on the role of Music Education as an eminently human activity in these post-Pandemic times. As well as describe some moments of music, and its teaching, in everyday life.
