Abstract

The text addresses the large portion of female representation belonging to the Federal University of Uberlândia internal community that works in extension with a significant presence ahead of the management of these and other extension actions developed by the institution that make up, together with teaching and research, the core activities from the public university.

    Master in Higher Education Policy and Management, with emphasis on university extension, Federal University of Uberlândia, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil; administrative technician and current extension director of the Dean of Extension and Culture at the same institution.
