Transtornos Alimentares e COVID-19

O objetivo desta revisão narrativa é oferecer um panorama internacional da situação de pessoas com algum tipo de transtorno alimentar e que tenham contraído a COVID-19 e que adaptações podem ser feitas para o enfrentamento desse transtorno nessa circunstância. Foram encontrados 20 artigos sobre o tema, sendo uma proposta de protocolo, um guia descritivo de sugestões sobre o que pode ser feito em casa, de maneira remota, nesse período; os demais artigos discorreram sobre os impactos negativos da COVID-19 na sintomatologia dos transtornos alimentares. Conclui-se que é necessário ter cuidados específicos para com esses pacientes, e adaptações devem ser feitas para que eles possam enfrentar a pandemia com melhor qualidade de vida.
