I propose to think of the epistemology of the crossroads as the mouth of the [r]existence of the black people, thus tracing the thought of the crossroads as an affirmation of the politics of difference and a critique of the coloniality of power-knowledge, Eurocentric and patriarchal thinking. The objective is to understand the complexity of Exu as a black philosopher's stone and the crossroads as a political-discursive agency, where the subaltern subjects O can, from within themselves, think of a new project of humanity, as well as perceive the joy, the mouth, the disobedience and how resistance strategies when thinking about social places and the political word occupy in society. To address this issue, I will focus on the Myth of Exu, as well as recover the philosophy of the crossroads from an inside reading and problematize it under the sign of resistance. It concludes that the crossroads as an agency turns into a powerful war machine against all forms of oppression and at the same time is the place of emancipation of the black people. It finds in joy, in words and in speech the broadest and most correct form of humanization, liberation and [r]existence.
