Abstract

The present text seeks to reflect on the pedagogical proposal of the director of the Ventoforte group, Ilo Krugli, and his contribution to contemporary art learning processes in the formation of artists and art teachers. The text provides a brief overview of the historical background of the trajectory of Ilo Krugli and Art Education. From the studies of researchers and theorists, it develops concepts seeking to insert Ilo Krugli's proposal of modernist ideas in post-modernity from the analysis of its contribution to the learning processes in artistic languages, for that it conceptualizes improvisation with themes and brings the path of the image in the West from Gilbert Durand seeking to deepen the pedagogical proposal of the boy navigator Ilo Krugli who for years maintained the actor training course “O Ventoforte makes you a hero” at its headquarters in São Paulo.
