This article aims to show fragments of the drama method trajectory in Brazil. That history start in 1995 with the researcher of Beatriz Angela Cabral and reverberates in the present days. Initially I reveal the Biange Cabral’s path, since her first interact with drama in England to the development of this teaching and learning approach in Brazil. Then I present the impacts of the drama in teachers and professors research. The article finish with the summarize presentation of all papers in this journal. Articles by researchers who investigating drama in their artistic and/or education practices in numerous Brazilian states: Amapá, Ceará, Maranhão, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina e São Paulo.
