“Professor personagem” como estratégia de mediação para o ensino do Teatro na Educação Infantil

From the training processes developed with Early Childhood Education professionals and, also, in the initial training of pedagogues and graduates in theater, the artistic and pedagogical possibilities arising from the use of Drama – teaching method of theater and theatrical creation – were found and it was considered as a possible approach to be appropriated by teaching-learning practices of theatrical language with children. Besides the dialogue with the curricular proposals aimed at children’s education, it was verified, above all, the potential of using the “teacher in role” strategy to promote a mediation between the children's perception of the theater and the possible learning and development objectives to be explored by the process leaders.
