The sense of openness and crossing in this article explains the potential of many artistic manifestations activated in public spaces, leading us to multidisciplinary interactions and contamination with the city and the social space, through noise and diversified provocations. Three initiatives by artists from Belo Horizonte, one in the form of a public notice opened in three consecutive versions to collective and individual artists, help this reflection, seeking to point out the diversity of possibilities, tools and artistic conducts that appropriate routine and sometimes banal circumstances, to dive sharply, poetically and critically, into the daily lives of cities. The Case Vecana, elaborated by the Collective Marimbondo, some experiences taken up by the artist Paulo Nazareth and the project Wall’s: Shared Territories, are the cases studies presented and it is within this brief set that it is proposed to question geopolitical and artistic boundaries that, at present, are visibly blurred.
