Contextos e proposições: um panorama dos desejos de criação de uma escola teatro nacional nos séculos XIX e XX

Abstract

We aim with this text to expose, in a panoramic perspective, the main ideas and contradictions listed in the centuries XIX and XX that drove the creation of schools of actors' formation in Brazil. By means of the reading of the literature of the Brazilian theater about this theme, someone ask that they surfaced, knowing: From which reflections and cultural, political and social conditions to formation idea in Brazil did one build actors? As were the multiple proposals presented and did they constitute a body in keeping with the national reality? How is the will of actors' formation in Brazil linked to the understanding of national theater? It is in this sense that the present text will be developed aiming to have a spacious glance about the formation of the actor in Brazil in two preceding centuries.
