Abstract

The present article proposes to analyze the short story “O estivador”, by Harry Laus, from the figuration of the black homosexual, which is developed through stereotypes about the sexuality of the black ethnicity, in a conceptual affiliation of the author to the imaginary of the whiteness, in view of the slavocratic and homophobic origin of such perspectives.
