Abstract

The scope of this work is to understand how the category of vulnerability is understood by three norms concerning to the fight against human trafficking, mainly when for the purpose of sexual exploitation. The hypothesis of this work is that the vulnerability is much more hindering the free and consented migrations of those who aspire to travel in the transnational sex markets than it protects them.
