Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research aims to understand the cases of femicides in two cities of Mato Grosso, based on the discourse of the Public Safety professionals and the victims' acquaintances. We found that the public interviewed revealed versions about these crimes and tended to (re) construct gender stereotypes in their discourses.
