Tipologia das forma de produsage
por um plano conceitual e metodológico para a Análise do Discurso Digital

O objetivo deste artigo é renovar algumas ferramentas de análise conceituais e metodológicas para a realização de pesquisas em análise do discurso digital. Para atingir este objetivo, o estudo adota uma perspectiva pluridisciplinar, recorrendo aos campos da comunicação digital e análise do discurso, análise da participação online e sociologia dos usos. A metodologia adapta uma "abordagem tecno-pragmática" baseada no método de observação etnográfica online. Os campos de investigação correspondem a vários tipos de espaços assíncronos de discussão online: fóruns de discussão, plataformas de perguntas e respostas, Facebook, etc. As conclusões sintéticas da revisão bibliográfica e as observações persistentes dos campos de investigação levaram à elaboração de uma tipologia sintética dos tipos de participação online, que apresenta uma grade de análise a dois níveis, conceitual e metodológico. Após a exposição desta grade de análise, uma aplicação da mesma a um pequeno corpus de estudos do espaço de discussão comunitário “Reddit” será realizada a fim de traduzir as contribuições das ferramentas de análise desenvolvidas através desta grade.
