Abstract

This work aims to present the learning and challenges experienced during the activity of observation, co-participation and conducting, carried out in a class of the final years at the 1º Grau Dom Manoel Raimundo de Melo school, in the municipality of Caetité-BA, which is an institution Elementary School. Through dialogues, we sought to identify the teaching methodologies adopted by the Geography teacher, to know the physical structure and dynamics of the institution, in addition to experiencing the behavior of students in the school environment, taking into account the influence, positive or negative, the performance of the teaching professional when teaching his classes, given that the practice of observation, co-participation and conducting makes it possible to develop in each graduate of teacher training courses, not only the understanding of the theories studied at the university, but also how its applicability in the classroom, allowing the future teacher to reflect on the initiation of the construction of his own pedagogical practice. Observation, co-participation and conducting must be understood as instruments capable of positively influencing the teacher in training, so that he contributes to the transformation of society and the construction of citizenship. The internship provides the undergraduate student with greater mastery of praxis, favoring the expansion of knowledge of the educational universe of the future teacher.
