Abstract

The present study reflects about the new perspectives of psychotherapists’ acting during the Covid-19 pandemic. That was done through the Theory of Subjectivity and the Constructive-Interpretative Method, with the voluntary participation of two psychologists. The transition from the face-to-face clinic to the online clinic, changes in the psychotherapeutic process, vaccination of psychology professionals and how the pandemic context has changed the perspectives of patients and psychologists regarding psychotherapy were discussed. The challenges faced by the psychology professionals were uncountable and need to be investigated, given that online therapy is considered a reality of the present and future of the profession - not incurring, though, at the end of face-to-face therapy.
