The high dropout rates in universities, due to the dropout and / or dropout of students, present strong relationships with the practices of moral harassment experienced in the academic environment. The aim of this investigation is to know the discourses related to the suffering experienced at the University in situations of moral harassment and its effects on students' lives. This is an empirical research that used interviews with the operative group device. Five meetings were held weekly with students in moral harassment situations. In the data analysis it was possible to identify three distinct categories of moral harassment: vertical downward harassment, horizontal harassment and internalized harassment.
