Gender, race and class in social security reform
intersectionality and the principle of equality

The article analyzes the proposal to match the age and minimum time of contribution to pensions between men and women in the Jair Messias Bolsonaro´s pension reform through an intersectional interpretation applied to the constitutional principle of equality. The research problem is to analyze how the social security policies of a neoliberal nature reinforce and deepen the inequalities of class, gender and race existing in the labor market.
