“We in pain lose everything”
experiences of ‘chronic pain’ of women from the periphery

The experience of 'chronic pain' of women living in two peripheral neighborhoods of Novo Hamburgo/RS is approached through qualitative research, based on biographical interviews. Corporations marked by structural violence and processes of pharmacologization of pain are analyzed, which end up erasing the experiences of social suffering of these women.
