Abstract

The research aimed to define a perception about the demand in relation to the roles of mother and function professional during a pandemic in Rio de Janeiro. To this end, a bulletin of theoretical research was prepared on the meaning of women's evolution within the labor market and the consequent social impacts generated and the Myth of the Perfect Mother.
