O PIBID COMO MECANISMO DE FORMAÇÃO DO PROFESSOR DE CIÊNCIAS

This article is part of a discussion of the research group on internship and teacher training at the Goiano Federal Institute. It seeks to discuss teacher education, as well as to present some theoretical notes about the supervised internship and how the Programa de Bolsas de Iniciação a Docência (PIBID) is being used to fill some needs in the internship. This qualitative research presents the experience of the interdisciplinary PIBID of sciences realized in the city of Morrinhos-GO identifying some difficulties encountered and also highlights how the program can help in the initial formation of the student of the licenciatura course and in the continued formation of the teachers who act in the initial series of elementary school in the area of sciences.
