Abstract

The presented research searched to analyze the environmental sanitation conditions in urban spot and surroundings of Rondonópolis-MT municipality, through the sanitary sewerage indicator observed at the 2010-IBGE census. For elaborating the thematic maps, it was delimitated the study area based in the data of 2007 urban perimeter provided by Rondonópolis City Hall, which was considered the urban spot and surroundings of the municipality. Following, it was spatialized the sanitary sewerage variable. It was used the ArcGis 10.2 software to spatialize the variable. For selecting the IBGE census sectors, a cut was made in Rondonópolis census sectors, and after, it was used ArcGis 10.2 for making the percentage calculations. The sanitary sewerage in Rondonópolis was considerate as partially adequate in major part.
